WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Our entire warehouse is being moved from Austria to Switzerland. This requires a concept, shelves and a workflow. Although neither Aline nor Silvan have ever developed a warehouse concept before, they are naturally immersed in the process. Design thinking methods are used because the first delivery is due soon. For a company to deliver its products reliably, quickly and, above all, in the version ordered, a number of things have to work. This is a big challenge, especially for smaller companies.
